Y it can't pick the wifi
I can not connect my camera to the app...tried on 3 phones: Apple, Samsung & Windows. The app downloads fine and the camera turns on. The app tells me that my WiFi password is incorrect and the location service isn't working! Ironic as no other app on my phone has an issue connecting to my WiFi, nor do they have an issue with my location services! My WiFi passcode IS correct and location services ARE turned on; and for the cocoon app! This has wasted so much of my time and money.
This is the 10th time I have had to uninstall and install this app as both app and the cocoon camera stops working. There has not been an update for a long time.
Simple and easy connect to app
Does not seem to update been updating g for hrs now whats going on??
Absolutely hopeless, changed network provider and now I can't connect at all reset everything and went to install with new password but it fails everytime and tells you error 521 code 60. If you go to advanced install it says you may need to reconfigure router B.S!!!!! Also can't find my location, this thing is so annoying on so many levels.

I am not able to connect Cocoon to the Internet.I have reinstalled app Message says sorry cannot connect to server after placing phone near cocoon no connection.
You can put an udder on a bull and it will still have more use then this worthless camera
